Effective teacher leadership fosters strong school culture, teaching expertise, and student achievement. Boundless Readers provides our network teachers with various opportunities to assume leadership roles.
Boundless Readers engages its network teachers as workshop developers and facilitators to provide them with vital leadership development opportunities. Our network teachers also take on leadership roles as book group facilitators, study group leaders, coaches, and program coordinators.
Often these Boundless Readers positions are the first opportunity an experienced teacher has to take on a significant leadership role with his/her peers. Many teachers go on to accept other formal and informal leadership positions within Boundless Readers and their schools.
We have a built-in and highly engaged talent pool that is instrumental in delivering our programs. This model of alumni engagement allows Boundless Readers to operate in a high-impact and cost-effective manner.
