The Rochelle Lee Fund changed its name to Boundless Readers during the 2008-09 school year. While the identity of our organization has changed, our mission to develop a love of reading in children remains steadfast.

Marking over 20 years of service, our new name and logo position us well for the future. Boundless Readers was chosen as our new identity because it clearly conveys the primary benefit of our organization—that we create readers who have a boundless energy and enthusiasm for reading.
Additionally, our new logo speaks directly to what our teachers do each and every day—they unleash the power of reading in their students, leading to boundless possibilities.
Finally, we retained Rochelle Lee’s name as part of the new logo, both as an acknowledgement of our considerable history and as a tribute to our founder, Rochelle Lee, without whom none of this would have been possible.
We honor Rochelle Lee in a variety of other ways as well as to ensure that her visionary leadership is recognized throughout our organization including:
- Establishing the Rochelle Lee Tribute Award to honor individuals who embody the same passion for reading and dedication to excellence as our founder
- Renaming our review library the Rochelle Lee Review Library
We look forward to the next 20 years as we continue in our mission to give every child the opportunity to become a lifelong reader, learner and thinker.
